He fell from the roof
To land on her mouth
-So sweet and soft-
The rest of him fell in a trough
Where the rest of her lay
-fish tail and pale arms-
He grabbed her
-Or maybe she grabbed him-
To make sure the other is real
She was there to the touch
Open to the eye
Delicious to the mouth
But forgotten to the nose
-odorless-
He was not sure she was under him
-his nose throwing complaints to his head
To ignore the obvious truth-
Lips met again
For another sweet moment
-Eyes squeezed shut-
The fewer senses present
The more wonderful the embrace became
Maybe it was her gift to him
-confusing his nose-
It made her all the more impossible
And her lips all the more desirable
